Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with social media marketing, SEO/SEM, content creation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Manage Google Ads and social media ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Develop engaging and high-performing content (posts, videos, reels, blogs).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and the sales team to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and growth metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Experience in [specific industry, e.g., logistics, retail, real estate, etc.].
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / HubSpot (added advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
