Role Overview
We are looking for an Online Sales Manager to spearhead B2B and B2C digital sales initiatives. The role demands a blend of strategic sales planning, digital channel management, and relationship-building to drive client acquisition, activation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive online acquisition of clients through digital channels (web, app, partnerships, and campaigns).
- Manage B2C sales: retail and HNI client onboarding via digital platforms.
- Manage B2B partnerships: fintech platforms, affiliates, APIs, and ecosystem collaborations.
- Optimize lead generation funnels and conversion ratios using CRM and analytics.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Product teams to design offers, campaigns, and digital journeys.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the Indiabulls Securities product suite.
- Track KPIs: client acquisition, activation, funded accounts, and revenue contribution.
- Build, train, and motivate the online sales team to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5 to10 years) in online sales within broking/fintech/financial services.
- Strong understanding of equity, derivatives, and investment products.
- Exposure to digital acquisition channels (Google Ads, social media, affiliates, referral programs).
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Data-driven with strong knowledge of CRM, funnel optimization, and digital sales analytics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
