Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Customer Support Intern located in Bhopal. The Customer Support Intern will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support through various channels (voice, email, chat), addressing customer questions and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, assisting with technical support issues, and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality.

- Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Technical Support and problem-solving abilities
- Analytical Skills to assess and improve customer service
- Proficiency in using support tools and software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus
- Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in a related field
