Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate in Bhopal. The Customer Support Associate will handle daily customer interactions, manage inquiries, and provide accurate information about products and services. The role includes resolving customer issues efficiently, maintaining records of customer interactions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The individual will also be responsible for following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and feedback is noted for service improvement.

  • Problem-solving, Conflict Resolution, and Interpersonal skills
  • Time Management and Multitasking abilities
  • Technical proficiency in using Customer Support software and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
