Role & responsibilities

  • Assisting to the business development manager for the required land/ project

marketing collaterals/ presentations

  • Preparation of presentations for potential real estate investors and end users
  • Study and analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities
  • Lead generation through various mediums
  • Support for site visits by potential real estate investors
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile


• Good command of both spoken and written English


• Good computer skills with experience & knowledge is as an advantage.


• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy


• Independent and able to work under pressure
