Business Development Representative

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recruitment space
- Work to source and qualify leads
- Close deals and generate revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the recruitment industry
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Education/Experience Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment space (Core Sales professional)
- Years of rich experience in Recruitment- Sourcing to on-boarding; sales, revenue generation, client acquisition, targeting US clients and revenue generation in staff augmentation
- Creating a vertical in technology Staffing Areas.
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
