Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Solar Sales Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in solar system installations and operational management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination, sales lead conversion, client relationship management, and ensuring timely and quality execution of solar projects in the Gurgaon region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and follow up on sales leads for rooftop and ground-mounted solar power systems (residential, commercial & industrial).
• Conduct site visits and assess technical feasibility for solar installations.
• Design and propose customized solar solutions, including system sizing and ROI analysis.
• Prepare and deliver accurate technical presentations and commercial proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with installation teams and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
• Supervise on-site work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage all local operations including logistics, client communication, and documentation.
• Provide after-sales support and handle service-related issues.
• Regularly report sales progress and project updates to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar power system sales, installation, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of solar components, system design, and installation processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and solar simulation software (PVsyst, Helioscope preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the Gurgaon and nearby regions.

• Prior experience working with government tenders or industrial clients.
• Knowledge of net metering processes and local DISCOM regulations.
