Role: Inside Sales Associate

We are looking for a driven
Inside Sales Associate
with prior experience in
policy sales, insurance, or investment products
. The role involves engaging potential customers, explaining Solar Capital's unique participation model, and converting leads into subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and generate new leads via calls/messages.
  • Present Solar Capital's value proposition confidently.
  • Explain subscription models, Green Credit rewards, and redemption options.
  • Address customer queries and build trust through consultative selling.
  • Maintain CRM pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly subscription targets.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years' experience in
    policy sales, insurance, investments, or financial services sales
    .
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proven track record in closing sales.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
