Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Office Administrator / Business Development Manager to oversee our office operations and drive business strategies. This role requires a proactive leader who can handle administration, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth targets.

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and expand client base.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for NRI clients, addressing their service needs.
  • Oversee property maintenance schedules, vendor coordination, and service quality.
  • Prepare business reports, proposals, and client updates.
  • Monitor budgets, handle office administration tasks, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Lead and support internal teams to achieve operational and business targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in office administration, operations, or business development.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to set strategies, manage multiple tasks, and handle client expectations.
  • Candidates must be based in Kerala (applications from outside Kerala will not be considered).

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Minimum 3 years in administration / business development / operations

Mandatory: Candidates must be currently located in Kerala

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
