Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for experienced and dynamic US OPT Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in end-to-end US recruitment with a focus on OPT hiring, and bench onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to build a strong and long-term career in US recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for OPT, H1B, GC, and senior consultants.
  • Source OPT/CPT candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, universities, and training institutes.
  • Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline including OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and U.S. citizens.
  • Onboard senior consultants to the bench, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, training vendors, and referral partners to attract OPT talent.
  • Conduct resume screening, pre-interviews, and evaluations for technical and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems and prepare recruitment status reports.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with current requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 3 years of experience in US recruitment with a strong focus on OPT hiring.
  • In-depth knowledge of US immigration policies, work authorisations, and hiring processes.
  • Proficiency in sourcing from Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and university networks.
  • Hands-on experience in onboarding both OPT candidates and senior consultants.
  • Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
