Relationship Officer

- Build connections with officials in Town Planning/Panchayat Offices.
- Network with small builders, contractors, and engineers to get lead referrals.
- Connect with hardware dealers, masons, and real estate brokers to source leads.
- Reach out to officials in sub-registrar offices for potential leads.
- Promote company schemes in commercial, industrial, educational, and service sectors.
- Organize promotional events at these locations to increase visibility.
- Distribute brochures and promotional materials to target establishments.
- Network with traders' and professional associations to promote the brand.
- Get members' lists and conduct promotional campaigns.
- Identify construction projects through direct market sourcing and open market research.
- Ensure transactional sales are on track.
- Handle all administrative and operational tasks to achieve set targets.
- Analyze business trends and target figures to develop new strategies.
- Screen proposals using the 'Tab Application' for initial approval.
- Communicate in-principle approval based on customer selection criteria.
- Work with the Cluster Manager for proposal appraisal and complete the documentation.
- Get formal approval for proposals and collect processing fees from customers.
