Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mangaluru for a Customer Service Officer specializing in Gold Valuations. The officer will be responsible for assessing the value of gold items presented by customers, providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of valuations. Duties also include managing customer relationships and supporting bank operations to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in gold valuation processes
  • Previous experience in banking, finance, or similar roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
