Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mangaluru for a Branch Officer. The Branch Officer will be responsible for day-to-day branch operations, customer service, and ensuring compliance with banking policies. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining records, supporting the sales team, and promoting banking products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and branch performance. Effective collaboration with the team and fostering strong customer relationships are important aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in customer sales and service, interpersonal communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and compliance policies.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and capability to maintain accurate records.
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with the local market dynamics and fluency in relevant languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in retail banking or related sectors is advantageous.
  • Willingness to adapt, learn, and contribute to the branch's growth and success.
