Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bank Officer and Relationship Manager located in Mangaluru. The Bank Officer and Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing business relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, handling finance and loan transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include assisting customers with their financial needs, developing business relationships, and promoting the bank's products and services.

Qualifications

  • Finance and Loans experience
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills and sales
  • Strong Business Relationship Management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mangaluru
  • Experience in the banking or financial service industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
