As a Site Leader in Talent Acquisition Delivery at Talent Worx, you will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies, managing teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional talent acquisition services. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, build strong relationships, and deliver results that align with their business goals. This role is pivotal in enhancing the recruitment efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Requirements

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management.
  • Proven experience leading recruitment teams and managing high-volume recruitment processes.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with recruitment management systems and data analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
