Job description
  • Responsible for the design, administration and communication plan of our performance management, compensation plans & reward programs across the organization.
  • Drive and successfully implement high priority projects, performance management & increment cycles. Plan and execute all the milestones in performance management cycle/appraisal cycles.
  • Understand business challenges, create plans & mobilize required resources to get results
  • Develop and deliver content related to performance management process.
  • Lead participation in Compensation Surveys and participate in special benchmarking studies. Partner with business leadership to ensure proper match of jobs, create reports, analyze results and report findings.
  • Preparation of Ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support the business needs
  • Collaborate with Cluster HR teams to drive high performance culture. Enable business leaders and Cluster HRs with knowledge and capability around C & B plans and processes
  • Strong bent of mind towards automation of processes and drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency
Compensation:
  • • Lead/ Manage End to End operations of compensation related work that includes vetting master database, salary revisions, release of letters, Bonus provisioning etc. conducted by the team
  • • Responsible as a consolidation point to create and maintain the electronic records for all in HRIS system.
  • •Compensation benchmarking and logically applying the outputs of the exercise to internal structure – Mapping of titles, application of reward strategy, creation of salary ranges, and change management with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand workflows and processes related to C&B and suggest improvements for automation of C&B processes - Streamline processes for efficiency and accuracy and reduction in manual efforts
  • Improvements and governance of Incentive plans .
  • Interpret all Comp policies, adhere to the processes and review our processes and policies and make proposals for improvement as necessary.
  • • Documentation of all compensation processes , bring in standardization, create approval matrix and policies and communicate to stakeholders if any new process is being introduced.
  • • Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely consolidation and closure of annual reviews (and during the year reviews)
  • Prepare and submit monthly analytics to Cluster HRs on compensation.
  • Supports the Group CHRO and HR leadership team in identifying business/people challenges and use data analysis to help identify and influence changes
  • Undertake manpower productivity analysis and support business heads and Cluster HR's in manpower planning exercise
  • Analyze people and other data (attrition, manpower data etc.) to provide insights into emerging patterns; Monitor manpower count and cost – against defined budgets
  • Execute, drive and monitor/project manage special projects.
  • Sharing intelligence and reports to designated stakeholders
Skill Set Required
  • • Advanced excel and power point skills.
  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, ability to handle confidential information, ability to analyze, summarize and present data in a meaningful way.
  • • Good communication, analytical bent of mind and should have excellent number crunching abilities .
  • Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
  • Good analytical skills
  • Familiarity with labor legislation
  • Experience with employee satisfaction surveys
Education and Experience:
  • MBA HR with total of 18 to 20 years of experience in HR with minimum 10 years of experience in C&B.
  • C & B. We are looking for knowledge of HR domain with specialization in C & B in last few years.
