Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager specializing in Compensation and Benefits, positioned in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will oversee compensation management, benefits administration, payroll processes, and HR functions. Responsibilities include designing and implementing compensation programs, managing benefits packages, ensuring payroll accuracy, and maintaining HR compliance. Daily tasks involve collaborating with other HR professionals, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the organization's compensation and benefits strategies are competitive and effective.

  • Skills in Benefits Administration
  • Experience with Payroll Administration
  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in HR (such as SHRM or PHR) is a plus
