Internship Overview:

As an Intern at Surat Jugaad, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our experienced HR professionals and contribute to various people management and organizational development initiatives. This internship provides a platform to enhance your communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and supporting the company's growth journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new interns and employees.
  • Maintain and update HR records and documentation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
  • Contribute to performance tracking and attendance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on organizational development and learning initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for daily HR operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Contract length: 4 months

Job Types: Part-time, Offline Internship

Part-time hours: 36 hours per week

Schedule: Office Timing 11AM to 7PM (Flexible Shifts)
