About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle — from understanding requirements and sourcing candidates to onboarding the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate further rounds.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Schedule and follow up on interview feedback promptly.
  • Maintain candidate data and track hiring status in HR systems.
  • Assist with onboarding formalities and joining documentation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
  • Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives when required.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Positive attitude, strong follow-up, and result-driven mindset.
