Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic Marketing & HR Intern (Female Preferred) to assist in marketing campaigns, social media management, and brand outreach — while also contributing to HR initiatives such as recruitment and engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creativity, communication, and collaboration.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing (65%)

  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing and social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Support content creation — including posts, reels, and creative visuals using Canva or coordinating with the design team.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support brand and outreach strategies.
  • Contribute to employer branding, event promotions, and campus marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing hackathons, webinars, and other brand-building activities.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and assist in preparing reports.

Human Resources (35%)

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and internal engagement activities.
  • Help with maintaining HR trackers, employee records, and communication drafts.
  • Participate in HR branding, internal events, and engagement campaigns.

Who Can Apply

  • MBA/BBA students or recent graduates specializing in Marketing, HR, or Business Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of social media and branding.
  • Proficiency in Canva, MS Excel, and LinkedIn usage preferred.
