Dreams Design Institute is a creative education hub offering hands-on courses in graphic design, video editing, branding, and motion graphics. We aim to empower students with real-world skills that help them build strong creative careers.

We are seeking a **female Social Media Marketer** with a minimum of 1 year of experience to take full ownership of our digital marketing and online presence. This is a strategic and execution-focused role to help us grow both online course sales and offline student admissions.

**Who We're Looking For**
- Strong knowledge of **Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads**, and content creation tools.
- Trend-aware, creative thinker with a passion for the education and design industry.
- Confident in handling end-to-end social media strategies.
- Video/reel shooting and editing skills are a must.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
- Manage content calendars and daily posting on **Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Google Business**.
- Come up with **reel ideas** to increase engagement and visibility.
- Shoot and edit **reels and videos** using mobile or basic editing tools.
- Use social media marketing to **attract new students**.
