**Cybermatricks Group of Companies**is seeking a smart, creative, and proactive **Digital Marketing Executive** to support and grow our digital presence. This role blends digital strategy with light client interaction and communication, making it a great fit for someone who's both tech-savvy and people-friendly.

You'll work closely with the marketing and sales team to manage campaigns, handle inbound queries, and assist in building a strong online reputation for our services.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Plan and manage social media posts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Create basic content ideas (post captions, reels, creative outlines) and coordinate design needs.
- Track and report on digital campaign performance regularly.
- Conduct basic follow-up calls to warm leads or incoming inquiries from digital campaigns.
- Engage with prospective clients by responding to comments, messages, and basic queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
- Update website content and listings with support from the tech/design team.
- Perform basic competitor research and keyword exploration to support SEO.
- Maintain a content calendar and help execute campaign timelines smoothly.
- **Eligibility Criteria**:_
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media handling.
- Graduate in any field (preference for Marketing, Mass Communication, or IT).
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Business, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Confident in handling client follow-ups, basic calling, and communication.
- Creative thinking, time management, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
