Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Sarthana , Surat
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 3–4 years
Qualification: Minimum Graduate; MBA (Marketing) preferred

InstaWingz Marketing is a leading advertising agency specializing in Railway Advertising, Outdoor Branding, and Government Tender Projects. We blend creativity with strategy to deliver impactful campaigns across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales systems and processes to ensure campaign efficiency and address early campaign closures or other uncertainties.
 - Prepare and share weekly and monthly sales reports with the Accountant and Media Manager.
 - Handle field and corporate sales to drive business growth.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and long-term collaboration.
 - Conduct interstate travel for sales meetings, project development, and client interactions.
 - Identify new business opportunities in the advertising and government sectors.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate (Minimum); MBA in Marketing preferred.

 - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
 - Willingness to travel frequently.
