Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and target potential clients in the FULL/MERN Stack and AI/ML sectors.

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients/work.

  • Deliver engaging client presentations and demos.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot new opportunities.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Collaborate with development & marketing teams to create tailored proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Provide sales pipeline updates and reports to management.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • 2+ of experience in business development / IT sales.

  • Understanding of web development (FULL/MERN Stack) and AI/ML technologies (preferred).

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹55,000.00 per month
