WhiteStone Infotech LLP is a growing IT services and product company specializing in custom web & mobile development, SaaS, ERP, and EdTech solutions. We are expanding our client base in cutting-edge domains such as FULL/MERN Stack development and AI/ML solutions.
Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and target potential clients in the FULL/MERN Stack and AI/ML sectors.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients/work.
Deliver engaging client presentations and demos.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot new opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with development & marketing teams to create tailored proposals.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide sales pipeline updates and reports to management.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2+ of experience in business development / IT sales.
Understanding of web development (FULL/MERN Stack) and AI/ML technologies (preferred).
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹55,000.00 per month
