- Lead and oversee special projects such as:

- Merchandise launch (branded products, luxury takeaways, chef’s signature items).
- Vendor sourcing for premium ingredients, service enhancements, or collaborations.
- New menu creation in partnership with culinary and operations teams.
- Create project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure on-time execution.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes for continuous improvement.
- *Marketing & Brand Strategy*
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance the restaurant’s premium positioning.
- Conceptualize fresh marketing ideas that reflect exclusivity, innovation, and culinary artistry.
- Manage brand presence across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- *Vendor & Partnership Collaboration*
- Identify and collaborate with high-quality vendors for ingredients, beverages, décor, packaging, and merchandise.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to enhance guest experience and brand value.
- Source and onboard vendors for new menu items, luxury dining elements, and premium.
- *Customer Engagement & Loyalty*
- Develop loyalty programs and exclusive dining experiences for repeat guests.
- Gather and analyze guest feedback to improve future offerings.
- Personalize marketing strategies for VIP and high-value customers.
- *Qualifications & Skills*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-6 years of experience in hospitality, fine dining, luxury brand marketing, or project management.
- Proven track record of handling marketing campaigns and strategic projects.
- Strong vendor and influencer network within F&B and luxury sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative mindset with analytical ability to evaluate project performance.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, project management software, and CRM platforms.
