You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

**Responsibilities**:
Design, build and maintain our social media presence

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

**Digital Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and optimize digital campaigns.
- Monitor social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and regularly analyze SEO performance.

**Paid Advertising**:

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor budgets, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of digital marketing efforts.
- Generate regular reports and provide insights to improve future campaigns.

**Stay Updated on Trends**:

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in social media marketing.
- Recommend and implement new strategies or tools to enhance the social media presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (required)

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
