**Digital Marketing Executive**

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow the company's social media profiles and presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- **SEO/SEM**: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for search engines, and manage Google AdWords campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
- **Lead Generation**: Work on lead generation strategies to acquire new customers and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and content teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all digital channels.
- **Campaign Optimization**: Continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices to achieve KPIs and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for creating compelling content and engaging with audiences across digital channels.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,915.32 - ₹30,473.26 per month
