- Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and relevant conversations, and leverage them for content creation.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategy development.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
- Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and product development, to address customer inquiries and feedback received through social media channels
