Salary : 20k to 35k ( Depend on experience)

**Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve the company's objectives.
- This involves conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and defining key messages and value propositions.

**Campaign Planning and Execution**:

- Ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy, target the right audience, and adhere to brand guidelines.

**Assist in Content Creation**:

- Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for marketing materials such as brochures, websites, social media posts, blog articles, and press releases.
- Craft persuasive messages and ensure content is accurate, informative, and tailored to the target audience.

**Assist in Digital Marketing**:

- Oversee and execute digital marketing activities, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the real estate market, whenever require.
- Analyze data and insights to inform marketing strategies, refine target audience segmentation, and identify opportunities for growth.

**Brand Management**:

- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation through effective communication and adherence to brand guidelines.

**Collateral and Promotional Material Development**:

- Collaborate with designers and agencies to create high-quality marketing collateral, including property brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional videos.
- Ensure materials effectively showcase the company's properties and services.

**Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Organize and coordinate marketing events such as property launches, open houses, trade shows, and conferences.
- Manage logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, website analytics, lead generation, and other relevant metrics.
- Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, sales, design, and development, to align marketing activities with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

**Stay Updated with Industry Trends**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate marketing.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills through professional development and networking.

Please note that the responsibilities and duties are assigned or may vary depending on the task delegate by Asst. Manager / Manager/ Director.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
