**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Influencer Identification & Outreach**:
- Research and identify relevant influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) who align with Avinyaa EdTech’s values and target audience.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of influencers, content creators, and thought leaders in the EdTech space.
- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**:
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring they align with Avinyaa EdTech’s marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of influencer campaigns with overall brand strategy.
- **Content Creation & Collaboration**:
- Work with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that resonates with their audience and highlights Avinyaa EdTech’s offerings.
- Ensure influencers deliver high-quality content according to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI, using key metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions.
- Continuously optimize influencer strategies based on insights and performance data.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to maintain ongoing collaborations.
- Handle day-to-day communication with influencers, ensuring timely delivery of content and campaign materials.
- **Trend Analysis & Innovation**:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and the EdTech industry.
- Propose new strategies, techniques, and platforms to increase influencer impact and brand visibility.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in the EdTech or tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and influencer marketing tools.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with influencers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience working with influencers in the education or technology sector.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools (e.g., AspireIQ, Upfluence, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
