**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design influencer marketing strategies aligned with the brand’s objectives.
- Research, identify, and onboard influencers across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and creators.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers in alignment with the budget.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Coordinate with influencers to execute campaigns, ensuring brand messaging and objectives are met.
- Monitor campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPV, engagement, reach, ROI).
- Use insights to refine future influencer marketing strategies.
- **Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new influencer opportunities in the FMCG space.

**Qualifications (Preference)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- Proven experience in influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Salary Range**: 20000-25000

**Location**: Jagatpur Road, Gota, Ahmedabad.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
