Role Summary:

As an HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in both HR generalist responsibilities and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

HR Generalist Support:

  • Assist with onboarding processes, including document collection and orientation coordination.
  • Support employee engagement activities, including event planning and surveys.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Provide administrative support for HR policies, processes, and programs.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by upholding the organization's culture and values.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passion for learning about HR and talent acquisition.
