As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Instrumentation Inside Sales Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities
:

  • Selecting a product based on technical parameters to meet a client's needs.
  • Preparing quotations.
  • Working with existing customers to help them get the most out of the products they have bought.
  • Liaising with both current and potential clients to develop existing and new business opportunities.
  • Identifying the customer's current and future requirements.
  • Reviewing customer Datasheets, Drawings, Quality Assurance Plans, and other documents to prepare detailed technical proposals for them.
  • Preparing reports, negotiating tenders, contracts, terms, and conditions and offering after-sales support services.
  • Conveying solutions and benefits to both business and technical audiences.
  • Conveying customer technical requirements to the Internal Engineering teams.
  • Putting together technical instructions for customers about the use, operation, and maintenance of purchased products.
  • Maintaining professional working contact with key suppliers and third parties.
  • Post-order correspondence, both technically & commercially, preparing OA, Datasheet, Drawing, and QAP

Requirements
:

  • 1-3 years of experience in process control instrumentation in industrial applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
