Role Overview:
We are on the hunt for a dynamic and communication-savvy Inside Sales Representative to become a pivotal part of our forward-thinking team. In this role, you'll be diving into the heart of IT sales, identifying potential leads, engaging clients, promoting innovative IT products and solutions, and driving our business growth through focused inside sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:Harness the power of online platforms like Google and LinkedIn for lead generation
Reach out and connect with potential clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn
Deliver compelling presentations and promotions of our IT products and services to win over prospective customers
Research and establish new client relationships
Facilitate meetings for senior sales representatives with clients
Maintain a consistent line of communication with clients and share product updates
Ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction by providing timely support and competitive pricing
Serve as a crucial liaison between clients and internal teams for smooth service delivery
1–2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A solid background in IT or experience in selling IT products/services
A proactive, persuasive, and target-oriented approach
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (3rd Saturday off)
