Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our growing sales team. This role involves identifying prospects, initiating conversations, sending quotations and contracts, and ensuring timely follow-ups on proposals and payments. You'll play a key role in driving our sales pipeline and supporting regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify potential hotel clients across India & South Asia.
- Conduct outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) and handle inbound leads.
- Prepare and send
quotations, proposals, and contracts
to clients. - Follow up on
pending proposals, renewals, and payments
to ensure closure. - Maintain and update CRM records and sales documentation.
- Collaborate with senior sales and marketing teams on campaigns and conversions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales (SaaS / hospitality tech preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in preparing quotations, coordinating contracts, and payment tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
