Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 
Pre-Sales Representative
 who will act as the first point of contact once a lead is generated. The role involves understanding the customers needs, explaining the product at a basic level, and handing over qualified leads to the sales team with complete requirement details.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact incoming leads promptly via calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
  • Understand customer requirements and pain points in detail.
  • Provide an initial overview of RoadCasts products and capabilities.
  • Ask relevant questions to assess fit, use cases, and potential scope.
  • Document and qualify the lead based on product need, budget, and timeline.
  • Prepare a clear and structured lead brief for the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM for all interactions.
  • Support basic pre-sales tasks like product explanation, feature clarification, and requirement gathering.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and questioning skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand tech products and explain them simply.
  • Good documentation and CRM management skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable speaking to customers.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS or tech products.
  • Understanding of logistics, mobility, or fleet management systems is a plus.
