As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Representative to manage and convert incoming leads efficiently, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience.

Role Summary

The
Inbound Sales Representative
will be responsible for handling all incoming inquiries from various channels—calls, emails, website forms, and partner referrals. This role demands strong communication skills, customer understanding, and the ability to map client requirements with RoadCast's solutions. The candidate will work closely with pre-sales, product, and the sales team to deliver compelling product explanations and drive lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Response

  • Handle all inbound sales inquiries from domestic and international markets.
  • Respond promptly to leads generated through calls, emails, website forms, social media, and third-party platforms.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects, ensuring a professional and helpful experience.

Needs Assessment & Qualification

  • Understand customer pain points, industry operations, and process gaps.
  • Ask relevant qualifying questions to assess urgency, business fit, and potential value.
  • Identify high-potential leads and prepare them for further engagement.

Product Presentation & Consultation

  • Provide clear and customized product explanations based on customer requirements.
  • Conduct initial product walkthroughs or coordinate with pre-sales for in-depth demos.
  • Explain RoadCast's features such as tracking, automation, route optimization, fleet workflows, and dashboards in simple, accurate terms.

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Enter all lead information into the CRM accurately and on time.
  • Tag and categorize leads properly to maintain a clean and updated pipeline.
  • Track follow-up schedules, send reminders, and ensure leads move through various lifecycle stages.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with sales executives for warm lead handover.
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on campaign quality and customer trends.
  • Share customer insights with the product team to help improve platform usability and feature sets.

Conversion & Performance

  • Meet monthly targets around lead qualification, demo scheduling, and opportunity creation.
  • Improve conversion rates by building rapport, understanding customer needs, and communicating value.
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline to convert warm leads into active opportunities.

Customer Experience & Communication

  • Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach during conversations.
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects RoadCast's brand quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Professional Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in inbound sales, inside sales, SaaS sales, or lead qualification.
  • Experience in logistics, SaaS, fleet management, or mobility tech is a strong advantage.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Ability to understand and clearly explain technical products.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate lead potential and buying intent.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and digital sales tools.

Communication & Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
  • Strong listening ability and problem-solving mindset.
  • Customer-centric approach with high empathy and patience.
  • Ability to manage high lead volume and multitask efficiently.
  • Target-oriented and proactive in follow-ups.
