About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and articulate
Sales Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, engage potential clients, and convert leads into meaningful business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to represent the brand with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Explain product or service offerings clearly and confidently.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products to provide accurate information.
- Build and nurture client relationships to drive long-term business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer experience and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Prior experience in
sales, telecalling, or customer support
is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with targets.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
