We are seeking a smart and driven Business Developer Executive / Inside Sales Executive to join our Delhi office. The candidate will play a key role in driving domestic, and corporate sales. If you are confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented, and want to build a solid career in business development and inside sales, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads and qualify them based on business needs.
  • Conduct technical product demos, explaining key features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to match their needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to drive successful conversions.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to improve positioning and gather client feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track sales progress.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic engagement and consultative selling.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or software solution selling.
  • Proven experience in working with inbound leads.
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain SaaS products to clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Solid negotiation and deal-closing skills, ensuring a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales processes from lead qualification to closure.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales and client success.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
