2. Role Overview
The B2B Appointment Setter will execute high-volume cold calling campaigns to book qualified meetings with C-level decision-makers. This individual contributor role is designed for driven sales professionals to master consultative cold calling in high-ticket B2B environments.
3. Who Should Apply
Candidates with 1-2 years of B2B cold calling or telemarketing experience. Individuals comfortable with rejection, high call volumes, and objection handling. Must have proven ability to book meetings with senior decision-makers via outbound calls.
4. Responsibilities and Outcomes
- Make outbound cold calls daily to VPs, Directors, and C-suite executives.
- Qualify prospects based on budget authority, deal velocity, and sales readiness.
- Book confirmed discovery meetings for high-ticket B2B deals ($50K+).
- Use proven cold calling scripts and objection handling frameworks.
- Handle gatekeepers and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and meet daily/weekly booking quotas.
Outcomes:
Deliver consistent pipeline of qualified meetings for sales closing team.

- Excellent English communication (verbal and phone presence).
- Proven cold calling experience with senior decision-makers.
- Strong objection handling and active listening skills.
- Self-disciplined, target-driven, and resilient to rejection.

8. Compensation and Growth
- Compensation: INR 15,000–25,000/month base + INR 1,000 per qualified meeting booked.
- Growth: Clear promotion path to Account Executive or Sales Closer roles with potential INR 6,00,000–8,00,000 per annum.
