Buisness Development Executive

B2B Sales (Tele calling & Relationship Building):
- Identify, contact, and engage with potential B2B clients.
- Conduct professional outbound sales calls to present products and generate interest.
- Build strong long-term relationships with buyers and procurement heads.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Maintain a detailed database of clients, leads, and communication history using CRM tools.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Plan and execute targeted B2B digital campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp Business, Google Ads, etc.
- Promote pharmaceutical products through company website, social media, and pharma directories (like India MART, Trade India, Justdial, etc.).
- Design and distribute digital brochures, product catalogs, and newsletters to potential clients.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher conversions.
Product Promotion & Market Expansion:
- Educate clients on new product launches, benefits, and usage.
- Conduct virtual product demos or coordinate samples where necessary.
- Work with the sales team to identify new market segments and customer categories.
Reporting & Strategy:
- Track and report weekly/monthly sales performance and marketing KPIs.
- Analyze competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead.
- Provide input into marketing plans, promotional materials, and campaign ideas.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and tele calling skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and B2B lead generation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and social media marketing tools.
