Location:
Ahmedabad
Experience Required:
4+ years
What You'll Do:
Manage and oversee import shipments from
China, Singapore, Germany, UK, and Taiwan
via sea and air freight
Prioritize temperature-sensitive shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery
Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and customs agents for smooth clearance
Prepare, verify, and manage all import documentation (Invoices, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, etc.)
Calculate and manage import duties, IGST, and compliance with Indian customs laws
Track shipments, resolve queries, and provide timely updates
Work with finance teams on costing sheets and invoice verification
Stay updated with DGFT, customs, and trade regulations
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
4–6 years of proven experience in import/export operations
Strong experience with international vendors and freight forwarders
Solid knowledge of Indian customs and regulatory procedures
Proficiency in ERP/import tracking systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
