Walk-in Interview – Manual Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester with 1.5+ years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, along with proven expertise in designing and executing test cases to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities


• Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.


• Execute functional, regression, system, and integration testing.


• Perform exploratory and usability testing to identify edge cases and UI/UX issues.


• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Flowlu, or similar.


• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure defect-free product delivery.


• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).


• Maintain test documentation, including Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and test reports.


• Ensure adherence to QA processes and best practices throughout the development cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web, mobile, or enterprise applications.


• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile methodology.


• Proficiency in writing and executing detailed test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.


• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, flowlu,).


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
