We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester with strong experience in manual testing and hands-on exposure to automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Playwright, and SQL to ensure high-quality testing of web and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases to validate application functionality, performance, and usability.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective test strategies.

- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright with Java.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and API testing.

- Validate back-end data using SQL queries to ensure accuracy and consistency.

- Document test cases, test results, and report defects with clear reproducible steps.

- Participate in defect triage meetings and support root cause analysis.

- Contribute to test planning, estimations, and status reporting.

- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and help improve test processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing across web and enterprise applications.

- Solid understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Proficiency in Java programming for writing automation scripts.

- Practical experience with Playwright automation framework.

- Strong knowledge of SQL for writing and executing queries to validate data.

- Experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
