Job Description:
We are hiring a Team Leader for our Financial Shared Services (FSS) team in Indore. This is a night shift role and ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills and a background in finance operations. BPO experience is not required or preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team handling financial operations and shared services tasks
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Provide training, support, and guidance to team members
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Male candidates only
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial operations/shared services
- Prior team handling experience is a must
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- No prior BPO experience
