
Business Development and Sales Specialist

Job Overview
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by marketing imported marbles to buyers and architects, as well as visiting customers to provide product information.
- Understand customer needs and preferences, and handle queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the operation and pricing departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Generate more business from existing clients through cross-selling opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports including client interactions, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business results and improve market share.
- Resolve client queries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the marble industry.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using sales tools and technology.
