Hiring Business Development Specialist
Job Description:As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and addressing service and sales queries to engage and retain customers. This includes sourcing trade and forex customers to generate fee-based income.
You will meet existing customers to generate business opportunities and increase revenue for the organization. Additionally, you will handle trade-based queries from the branch and increase forex revenue by smoothening transactions processes.
Key responsibilities include identifying new segments and setting up new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities. You will also recommend and introduce new services like cash management, treasury, etc., to engage customers and generate fee income.
Furthermore, you will provide clients with fund and non-fund based working capital facilities for business operations. Analyzing financial statements and preparing credit scoring for companies are also essential tasks in this role.
Maintaining a healthy portfolio by monitoring existing clients, reviewing and renewing existing limits, unit visits, and discussing corrective measures with clients is crucial.
