Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated
Business Development Intern
to join our team in Indore. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the recruitment & staffing industry, with opportunities to learn client acquisition, relationship management, and end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities in recruitment & staffing.
  • Support the BD team in client outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn networking.
  • Participate in preparing client proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to understand client requirements and align sourcing efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database of clients and prospects.
  • Support in developing long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing/completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Business, Management, HR, or related field).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in recruitment, staffing, and HR services.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
