Job DescriptionA Business Growth Specialist is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
This role requires a strong understanding of the customer's needs and expectations, as well as the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will be able to generate new business opportunities through innovative sales strategies and tactics, and effectively present and promote company products or services to prospective customers.
Additionally, this role involves negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, and support) to meet client expectations.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems is also an essential aspect of this role.
