We are seeking a proactive and driven Client Growth Specialist to join our growing team. As a key player in our business, this individual will be responsible for driving growth through client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and engage potential leads through outbound and inbound channels.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from our portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and key performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Prior experience in the SaaS domain is preferred; e-commerce experience is a bonus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
